Hi! I’m Kate. I am one of a small number of Structural Integration (SI) practitioners in the State of New Hampshire. From my office in North Conway Village, I provide conscious, therapeutic care for my patients through a variety of techniques, rooted in the Rolfing techniques established by Ida Rolf. I specialize in helping clients with a variety of conditions, ranging from chronic lower back and neck pain, headaches, repetitive stress disorders, work injuries, TMJ, and whiplash. I also work with athletes, bodybuilders, and weekend warriors to alleviate discomfort and realign their bodies to achieve maximum body performance. My therapies are somewhat unique in that I work directly with the connective tissue of the body inside and out, and focus on aligning your physical structure so that you can be stronger, naturally, and capable of carrying on with your daily activities as pain-free as possible.
SI work can benefit all ages and body conditions, and is particularly helpful to those with repetitive stress issues or caused by aging. I invite you to reach out to discuss my therapeutic successes and determine if I may be able to help with your condition.

STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION SERVICES PROVIDED
I provide intelligent body therapy for posture, well-being, and lasting pain relief rooted in the principles of Rolfing and Ida Rolf. My Structural Integration (SI) services include a number of therapeutic combinations that may include, or focus on, any of the following techniques:
A hands on modality similar to deep massage. Developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, the founder of Rolfing(TM), SI is a formula of working with the connective tissue in the body to relieve long held strain and pain patterns.
A gentle therapy that encourages normal tone, mobility and tissue motion of the internal organs and their connective tissue. Releasing restrictions caused by physical and emotional stress will enhance general health and resistance to disease while decreasing pain and increasing mobility in the back neck and extremities.
COLD LASER THERAPY
I am excited to be one of a very few people in New Hampshire to provide clients with the cutting edge technology of Erchonia Cold Laser therapy – that perfectly compliments any health and fitness regime you undertake. Use as a standalone treatment, or with SI, the laser can assist with healing of old or new injuries and may speed recovery time.
I incorporate a number of additional therapeutic practices in my structural integration, enhancing to the basic techniques established by Ida Rolf and Tom Myers. Based on your unique needs, we may choose therapeutic combinations to include, or focus on, any of the following additional techniques:
Releases fascial restrictions in the cranium, sutures, meninges and dural tube. It has the ability to affect the entire body via the nervous system. Some Peripheral Nerve release is incorporated such as with sciatic nerve impingement.
Oftentimes the blockages in our bodies and our lives are held in the energy body. By pinpointing the issues using intuitive clearing methods they can be easily neutralized. Muscle testing for food allergies and supplements is also available using this technique
MOVEMENT RE-EDUCATION (Yoga)
I have been a student and teacher of yoga for the past 13 years and have logged hundreds of hours training with masters countrywide and would be pleased to help you develop a personal yoga routine to support your goals and evolution.
